Paid Services
ACC Delivery Services Hourly
These services are designed to provide remote, non-technical, ad-hoc services for Autodesk Construction Cloud products to Customer on an hourly basis. Services are intended to be delivered remotely and will be detailed in writing prior to delivery of the services. If Customer requires onsite services, additional fees may apply. Note: This is remote only.
Autodesk Build Standardization Workshop
The Autodesk Build Standardization Workshop package includes web conference session(s) led by an Autodesk Implementation Consultant to develop, prepare, and deliver a tailored Standardized Implementation Guide. This package is designed for up to twenty (20) hours of remote services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). This training also includes sixteen (16) hours of onsite services by an Autodesk Implementation Consultant. Note: Each day onsite is eight (8) total hours. This does not include Cost Management.
Quick Start Hybrid Implementation
The Quick Start Hybrid Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for a single product implementation. This will include up to twelve (12) hours of remote services and two (2) days onsite. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at Autodesk's standard hourly rate. Note: This includes two (2) consecutive days onsite (1 mobilization). Each day onsite is eight (8) total hours. This does not include Cost Management.
Construction Ops Implementation
The Construction Ops Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for Autodesk Build and AutoSpecs in ACC. This training package will include up to twenty-five (25) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at Autodesk's standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only and does not include Cost Management.
Onsite Add-On
The Onsite Add-On package is designed to provide medium-sized teams and projects with one (1) day of onsite, interactive training on Autodesk Construction Cloud products. Fees listed online or in the applicable Order Form include travel expenses. Note: This includes one (1) day of training onsite and can only be purchased in conjunction with another paid service, otherwise, a 2-day minimum is required.
Precon Ops Implementation
The Precon Ops Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for BuildingConnected Pro, Bid Board Pro, TradeTapp, ProEst, and Autodesk Takeoff. This training package will include up to twenty-five (25) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at Autodesk's standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only and does not include Cost Management.
Single Product Implementation
The Single Product Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for one (1) unbundled Autodesk Construction Cloud product of Customer's choosing. This training package will include a total of twelve (12) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at Autodesk's standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only and does not include Cost Management.
ACC Connect Hourly
These services are designed to provide remote technical services to Customer on an hourly basis using Autodesk Construction Cloud APIs or ACC Connect. Services are intended to be delivered remotely and will be detailed in writing prior to delivery of the services. Examples of typical services may include troubleshooting partner or custom integrations that utilize ACC APIs or ACC Connect, providing best practices or recommendations based on workflow discussions, and ad-hoc consulting on a specific API capability. If Customer requires onsite services, additional fees may apply. Note: This is remote only.
VDC Implementation
The VDC Implementation package is designed to provide remote configuration and training services for Autodesk BIM Collaborate and Assemble. This training package will include up to seven (7) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at Autodesk's standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.
Cost Management Implementation
The Cost Management Implementation package is designed to provide configuration and training services for Cost Management in Autodesk Build. This training package will include up to twenty-four (24) hours of services. This training package includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at Autodesk's standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.
Cost Management Implementation + ERP Integration
The Cost Management Implementation + ERP Integration package is designed to provide configuration and training services for Cost Management in Autodesk Build and consulting services for ERP Integrations. This training package will include up to forty (40) hours of services. This time includes customer-facing time (e.g., scoping, training, debriefs, etc.) and internal time (e.g., configuration, production, preparation, etc.). If additional hours or services are required, additional fees may apply at Autodesk's standard hourly rate. Note: This is remote only.
